This guy "pumphard" who posts on the Y board claims to weight 350 lbs at be at 25% body fat. What do you think?
Definitely 350 lbs, I won't question that.
Conservatively speaking, judging by his pectoral area, his fingers, and his chin(s), I'd say he's about 45+ %.
If he went down to a healthy 20-25 %, he would be around 260-270 lbs.
And at a very fit 10-15 %, he would be around 230-240 lbs. Very big.
But he needs to lose 100+ lbs.
