January Training Tactic

every year in jan when the gym is full of fatties and twinks

i do a full body workout circuit style basically jumping onto any free machines or benches

stops me getting fucked off by the fat guys that spend 10 mins chatting and texting while clogging up the area

i go to about 15 reps and train for about an hour

rests the joints
