Yup. The proof is in the sheer numbers of really big men and women. It is NOT "genetics" or even "genetic response" to steroids, it is the steroids themselves and the amounts taken by these guinea pigs. I have more respect for the guys of the 60s and 70s that took time away from the dope than I do idiots like these two asstwins, Tweedle Dumb and Tweedle Dumber.

(Larry was a huge help for my first show … introduced me to Marty Vranicar … Marty /Larry and his wife were all great and supportive people …taught me so much stuff about competing that I didn’t know! .. diet and Any “ supplement “ questions … “ never asked for a thing! Was yelling his head off when I was onstage etc. just a really good dude! )

Steroids work, yes. But genetic response to steroids is very real.
Size and strength is very much dosage related. See Dallas Mccarver. Upon autopsy found to be on minimum equivalent levels of 10 grams of test/week. He was also absulutely huge. Denied being on high levels of gear. And died of a massive heart attack at 26 years old. Ofcourse bodybuilders always denies anything being dosage related because it would take away from their glory/pride. So there you go mr expert.

You can't look at someone test levels and determine how much gear they are on as everyone has a different metabolism
