I've seen this a number of times. On their beds, women have an arrangement of like 20 pillows. What's the point of this?I'm all for it. I gotta have a reat sleeping enviroment and I have to be comfortable. The more pillows and blankets, the marrier. Bay is absolutely right though, bedding can get very costly.

This is how the other half lives. :DYour absolutely right there, Bay. I googled some bedding up for shits and giggles and some of the price tags that I saw were completely out of this world. A bed with all the bedding, pillows, etc could cost anywhere in the neighbourhood of 30 grand when completed.
It's not nuts if you make millions on Wall Street (remember the $10,000 shower curtain?) or take home $20 million a picture. This is probably what Oprah, Julia Roberts, or Will Smith sleep on.
It's very easy to piss away tons of money on stuff like this (non performing assets). Remember all the millions Mike Tyson made from boxing? The guy is now broke... where did all his money go? Aides, bills, and frills (like expensive bedding) can easily drain millions... :'(

my 1000tc sheets do feel really good!! Not $8900 good though!! But sheets can last, and they are imperative for a good night sleep, so they are a health benefit.
I bought them when they were on sale marked down from $240 to $140.00 (king set)

We all have things we indulge in: jewelry, cars, clothes, stereo equipment, vacations, etc. There is nothing necessarily wrong with this. Rich people are simply able to do it on a scale that most of us can only dream about.

I have an older sister and she loves making pillow cases. I think she has 21 pillows in her room. For her, pillows make her safe while sleeping because they serve as the boundary of her bed.

An $800 pillow seems like a silly indulgence, don't you think? Never mind two. Are down pillows animal friendly? Would PETA approve? Are down pillows made from dead birds/ducks or do they kill them specifically to grab the feathers? Anyone know? ???
