You are mentally weak spending all your time attacking and trolling me. When are you going to get yourself in shape? I was 206lbs on stage after killing myself to drop to 198 from a high of over 230. Body would not fill back out cut too much. This time I am not going to cut all that muscle the last few days killing myself to make 198 light heavy. I am going to step on the scale 225lbs Friday night. I may be 220-230 on stage depending how the next 8 weeks go. But make no mistake I could compete tomorrow I am in shape now and 226lbs. Yourself? Doubtful

Everybody I know that was born and raised in the United States says being at University instead of being in College. I have fond memories of being at University on the East Coast and going on holiday to the Outer Banks to nosh on some bangers and mash

(was so sleepy I forget to take my beetroot powder which ideally should be taken approximately 2 hours before training)

Post-Workout:
8 oz. water with 1 Tbsp. ACV
