well that's an extreme example, question is if there's anybody known that have good implants? and what the future helds, maybe in just a few years they'll be so good that's it's hard to tell (just at it's getting hard to tell if a boob job is real, at least from just looking at a picture or from a distance)

Don't get calf implants. the only people that will care are other bodybuilders and they can spot fakes. non bodybuilding people will just think you look rediculous with such big calves.

I say get them.  The whole sport is full of "cheating" anyhow.  Who's to say what is and isn't cheating?  I would say gear is cheating, but wait, everyone does that, so it's not?  If everyone used synthol, that wouldn't be frowned upon either.  It's a joke.
