you got to admit this guy is honest with himself in one way

he knows he is lazy

he will not take on debt he cant pay or wont get off his ass to pay

he will enter a bodybuilding show and wont get in shape

he half asses everything in his life

he lies constantly

watches violent racists videos in between calls he fields for verizon

so he convinces himself extravagant things like a nice home, or car, or having property and a expansive yard for a family to enjoy is not needed

he cant fathom familial values or needs

he cannot comprehend that those who buy 500k- 1.5 million dollar homes have the drive and intelligence to pay for it.

they dont do it to show off, they do it because they have proven time and time again they can earn and pay

 for example as a employer ,its strange to me why a employee would remain a employee

its no different melvin from your standpoint why others take on large, well large to you , home loans
,
 just like i cant understand why you would remain broke, and a eternal employee

you can understand why others would take on risks opening businesses and paying employees to be successful

i stopped watching the video when a fat broke guy in a trailer wearing prison issue spectacles said "let me give you some financial advice"

now that may be comedy, just not the type we were expecting

i remember when i was around 9  i emptied my closet out and then built a rickety old desk best i could out of wood in my backyard

i wanted to have my own office  i was inspired by the movie wall street as i had just watched it

when i see how you live ,   the tacky way you put junk together in the house never realizing its inside a tin can on wheels  reminds me of those days as a 9 year old

if you remember

when melvin was moving from sylvia and leaving his highly lucrative job at lowes  at 11 bucks a hour and is and still  our resident finacial planner

he kept posting pics of a condo that was about 200k he was going to buy

well reality hit and he couldnt get a loan or whatever excuse is convenient for him to use

 and now he pretends anyone who wants loans or the American dream (assuming a loan and paying it off) is a fool

so he ended up in another trailer

maybe getbig historians can show that thread where he was without a doubt getting that condo he never got
