i also thought ruhl never put anything into his biceps.

they always had the same shape since he turned pro and they were clearly evident even in his video.

in light of this photo, it looks very suspicious and its clear that he is putting something in there.

is that recent? in "made in germany" his arms were clearly oil free, but it seems to me like the man is burning out and slipping down Mount Nasser. $:-\$

1st- if i remember correctly, ruhl does his triceps exercises with 'girlie' weights on his made in german video...very strange for a guy that big and strong. It may be genetics, but why he train so light?

2nd- i think you found the best evidence that he use synthol (or something like that) ...props!

if i'm not mistaken he's doing incline skullcrushers with 4 25s on each side of the bar. not exactly girly weight considering ronnie uses as much weight as i do on the same move in The Unbelievable.

Ruhl is terrible. He looked okay in a Refrigerator kind of way a few years back but it's been downhill ever since.

I agree 100%, Zack. The weights he uses in MADE IN GERMANY for triceps are HARDLY girlie, too put it mildly....

almost all pros use synthol... it creates space in their muscles to facilitate future growth after it dissipates (in 3-6 months)

ok, you guys are right, im exagerating. But nevertheless, its just that i have friends at my gym that use the same weight and are like one 3rd of his size LOL. He uses lots of weight in everything else, so i found a little strange that he uses that kind of weight for triceps.....Specially being a weak point for him
