i don't think he's 6 percent unless he's dieted WAYYYYYYY down since his last pictures, his last photos show him in great shape but still at around 14-15 percent bf which is still good considering his height and weight, if he was 6 percent he would probably be in the low 180's bodyweight.

Probally less if he is natural.

Granted, that was an extreme change in diet, quit smoking, and muscle memory was surely involved.  I couldn't gain 15lbs of muscle in a year now..hahaha  Hell, I've probably only gained 8lbs in the past few years, of lean mass, which is about average.  Crazy to think about how all that work only equates to a few pounds.
