I don't know about you guys but i have about had it with this dumbass versus threads. Here is one for you to ponder on. If a T-rex could go up against a tank who would win? Of course to make this fair the dino would get a laser beam attatched to its head. I personally think the tank would blow the shit out of the t-rex base on its ability to cut tight turns. Discuss....

I think the T REX wins, more importantly, because a tank can't make decisions for itself.

Also, can the T REX breath fire, and if so, at what distance can it hit it's target?

No the t-ray cannot breath fire jack ass but it can have metal plating which will take away points from its manuverabilty. The tank would pwn a t-rex. It could drive circles around it before it could turn a quarter of the way around.

1.it is made of armored steel while the trex is made of flesh

2.the trex would not know how to operate its lazer, and lacks opposable thumbs

A T-rex would be about 7 tons, 18 feet high and 40 ft long. Dr. Robert Horner showed the lower leg fossil of a T-rex and place where the ligaments and tendons attach was huge, suggesting a top speed of 45-50 MPH. A M1 A1 tank does 45 tops. Due to the T-rex's huge tail being a counter balance to the huge head, the T-rex probably has the agility of a squirrel-meaning it would seriously out-manuever any tank, any day.

T_Rex would hands down win.

The M1 Abrams also has (though I'm not certain) 10 inch thick armor plating.

The Tank has a satellite guided aiming reticule. The T-Rex does not have the best vision. Clearly the Tank would win. However, it ALL DEPENDS on who is operating the tank.

Put a few children or babies in the Tank, and the T-Rex wins.
