Poll about the pros of the 80's!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i've heard the strength claims of guy like Rich Gaspari who claimed to squat 585 for 20 and Mike Christian who claimed he could incline press 405 for 8 but when you listen to these guys in those old Road to the Olympia videos their voices are so high and feminine and they don't look all that big, what do you guys think? seems like every pro from back then had a high voice, Gaspari, Christian, Quinn, Bannout, Strydom, etc.

Most of the pro's have voices different from what I imagine. Ruhl's and Bob's were the only one that didnt' surprise me.

Shawn Ray's is way high and girly. Levrone sounds like a boy going through puberty. Ronnie's is laughable, it's like Mike Tyson's. Hahaha "Yeeeaahhh BUUDDAAYY!"

I bet Derek Anthony sounds like one of the Munchkins from Wizard Of Oz.

incline benching 405 for 8 i doubt that one,especially when other pros who are supposed to be so strong like johnnie jackson are seen on youtube beching 315 for like 5.and yeah there voices are fucked up especially ronnie.
