Scott Livingston http://www.livingstonefitness.com/index.htm

Is this the same guy???  http://www.musculardevelopment.com/browse/index.php?mode=browse&id=701

Oh crap!!!!!!

I've known Scott for years, he was my nemisis back in the day, although we never competed against one another, we always used to joke back and forth on who could beat who, Scott's a great guy, don't be too harsh on him, but jeez, he looks like he's 50 years old and gravity has definatly got the best of him!

you read his website, and it says he was Mr USA 1982 and Mr California 1987.  you go to musclememory and it says he was the lightweight class winner for the 1982 NPC USA (the overall winner was  Dale Ruplinger), and the middleweight class winner of the 1987 NPC California (the overall winner was Shawn Ray).

The heavyweight class winner of the 82 USA was Jon Jordan.  He use to drive around WeHo with a license plate that said MR USA 82.  when I asked him about it, he said "well, the heavyweight winner is always the real Mr USA".
