Unrealized potential
« on: March 18, 2007, 05:49:57 PM »
Alexander Fedorov was a very impressive bodybuilder when Flex magazine introduced him a couple of years back. I believe he was about 26 so he had plenty of room to mature as a bb and in the future be a very tough runner for the Olympia. Since that near defeat of both Ronnie and Jay he has crashed and burned in ever contest (see pics). Did he suffer injuries or is it just his training/nutrition program is not correct? I'd like to see him at least temporarily move U.S. and work with a trainer/nutritionist that could help get him on track.

His waist was pretty big and he had injuries - otherwise he was very impressive.  His sheer size was crazy.  He was out and out a freak but not necessarily on the way to winning anything.

I agree. If he got his nutrition right and took care of the waist much like Ronnie did and really got ripped at a slightly lower weight he would be very impressive.

his arms and legs were unbeatable, but his torn pec and asymetrical back-and the fact that he couldn't get conditioned anymore-ended him :-\

if you find some pics of him pre-pec tear, he was basically flawless, gigantic, complete, and in shape. its a real shame....
