It is high from something that you are taking... You will need to go to the doctor and let them know everything that you are on to figure it out. Your high heart rate is just as bad as your high BP.

BTW you cannot "will" your BP back into normal range. You can either stop what you're doing that is increasing your BP or you can take another medicine to counter its effects. That BP medicine may also have its own side effects too.

Any idea who makes a larger wrist cuff

Look for XL adult, Adult Thigh, or Bariatric cuffs and buy a regular machine.

At the hospital, they'll use an adult thigh cuff usually, it makes a huge difference.

An Adult large tops out at 17ish inches.

Which is why I am concerned now. I purchased the damn thing because it was high it then went back to normal over a few months. It was normal a week ago. It shot up in the last couple days
