Did legs today:

Squats = 25x135, 20x225, 15x315, 12x405, 10x405, 15x315
Leg Press = 20x600, 20x700, 10x800, 10x900
Hack Squat = 10x225, 10x225, 8x225, 20x200
Leg Extensions = 5 sets to failure
Leg Curls = 6 sets to failure
Standing Calf Raises = 10 sets to failure full stack
Seated Calf Raises = 5 sets to failure full stack
Crunches = 5 sets of 50 reps

I didn't.

Took my GF to a private party at a winery.

Drank a few bottles of wine.

Snacked on olives, various nuts, cheeses and breads.

Rode horses on a 20k acre ranch in perfect weather.

Ate fillet mignon with veggies and potatoes.

Smashed her delicious tight poontang for 2 hours while listening to salsa music.

She's passed out. I'm drinking a mineral water with lemon before bed.

Living the good life.

I'll workout tomorrow, maybe.

Still lean, muscular and healthy.

I train mine often. Nothing looks worse than great Bi's/Tri's, then skinny twigs for forearms hanging off off them.
Plus its fun, grip work, wrist-roller, wrist curls, etc... Good stuff SF...

Neck really you are training your neck?? Unless you are a 15 year old you should be way past neck training. Mine is 19 I don’t train it at all and the last thing I want is to make it any bigger. Off the rack dress shirts only go to 18

I used to squat 4 plates a side in college for 6-8 reps 3-4 sets when my legs were smaller than they are now. Squatting heavy weight doesn’t impress me. Let’s see your actual development

I also trained legs or well quads and calves yesterday. I did 8 sets of 20 body weight sissy squats 5 sets of 25 leg extension and 3 sets of 40 seated calf raises and legs look better than they have ever looked. Weight is just a tool not the goal Michelangelo carved David with a small chisel not a jackhammer

The only thing you have me beat on is domestic abuse.

Question, I MAY be in Kitty Hawk in a few months.. When you abuse your wife/gf's does your son get spared too? or does your anger have no limits.

At 66 years of age I dont want a turkey neck, besides I`ve always trained neck to look good, as well as to prevent injuries such as getting whiplash or when I spar on CONCRETE. ;D
