Once again....a string of clueless posts! Euro will be about the judges. Ronnie without the H2O and extra weight is a better bber at 275 with an injury than Jay at whatever. If the IFBB wants a thrilled packed 2007 and 2008...then Ronnie, if his conditioning is on, should take 2 of the 3 shows.

Ronnie is a multi-demensional bodybuilder. He can win in many different ways if he chose. He could win based on conditioning, symmetry, size, or a combination of the three. Just because his tricep maybe lagging does not mean he still can win. He can make up for the weakness by coming in shredded to the bone with unbelieveable mass, or can come in shredded to the bone a lighter weight and look very symmetrical and aesthetic as he did when he first started winning multi-Mr. Olympias.

If Ronnie didnt lose to Gunter in 2002, Chad wouldnt have ever been obsessed with bringing Ronnie in at 300lbs on contest day.

That Obsession hurt Ronnie this year. The Euro shows will be excellent.

Remember, it took Jay's best to beat Ronnie's worst.

Give the man credit. He was beaten and rightfully so by Jay this year, but he won the O 8x straight! Washed up...we'll see.

Your post is contradictory. If Ronnie is a better BB at 275 than Jay at whatever, why should Jay win ANY of the GP shows?

Jay should sweep these shows if it's a physique contest. If it's a promotional tour, then who knows.

I know you work with competitors and are saying Ronnie looks best at 260 or so lbs. So maybe there is some truth to that he never competed above 255. I still will never forget that, when he said that to me.

Not sure what to make of that comment by Ronnie but he surely has competed above 255 before. I heard two different weights on him this year. One was 287 and the other 292. Either way he would look a lot better at 270. This would also give him a chance to come in with a smaller waist. Maybe he was just messin with you or he might have been smokin crack.

well i cut water out for 3 days for a myrtle beach trip and i lost 30 freaking pounds, i was also doing alot of cardio and mowing grass all days in the 90+ degree heat!!! i wasnt even as low of a bodyfat as i am now but was close to it, anyways when i did that i looked wayyy more ripped than i do now. but im thinking cutting water like that may have damaged my kidneys at the time?

ronnie said at the conference before olympia that he was 295 close to 300

now, if he's 270 now does that mean he had 25 pounds of waters, if so, he was really off.

and how can someone could lose 25 pounds if 5 days, what did he do?
if he comes at 270 or less, he's gonna kick some ass, and just to let you know i'm a jay fan, but i think ronnie's gonna kick jay's ass.....
ronnie's gonna do everything he can to win.
