PCT and HCG

if some one starts clomid (100mgED for 2 weeks then 50mg for 2weeks) 7 days after their last shot off Test E 200mg (was taking 500mg/EW for 12 weeks), when do they start to use  HCG?? after the clomid? i read that its not smart to take it to soon because you will just keep you test leves up and not restart them. also is it better to do 500i.u ED for 14 days or
Day 1 3000IU
Day 4 1500IU
Day 7 750 IU
Day 10 500IU

it says that you can do either/or 500iu's a day for 14 days or

what i want to know is what do you guys think is the best way to rekick start your system.

I would do either protocol immediately after last test inject. When most of the test from the last inject is out of your system you are finished with the HCG and can then start the Clomid.

I'm not sure what RWD means with this:

The goal is to stimulate the testes without producing too much testosterone that it further hinders the hypothalamus.  If you start the HCG too early, which is what most people do, then you will help keep your test levels up enough that it will take even longer for the hypothalamus functions to restart, thus resulting in atrophy of the testes again and wasting a bottle of hCG and a few weeks of recovery.

The goal of the HCG is only to get the testes working again. LH suppression shouldn't matter during HCG therapy, that's what the Clomid is for.
