If they carry on insisting fully vaxed people only then in 20 years when all the people who have had the multiple vaccines every year are all either dead or too ill to travel the only people left will be the unvaccinated.
The lower classed unvaccinated who stuck to their guns will now join the elite class who pretended they had the vaccine but never did.

While death is a risk I’m even MORE concerned about the long term effects of the virus. These won’t be totally known for at least 10 or more years.
