thanks NZ and haider...skin is still clear today thank goodness...all the fiber and veggies Im eating seems to help

about 25 mins hiit on treadmill
1 minute at 3.0 mph, 1 minute at 9.8 mph...10 intervals

overhead med ball choppers 3 x 15
