I did hit for years without much gain honestly

I respond better to volume and constant tension

I use light weights but flex all the way though 6 sec up 6 sec down and i do 21's with most exercises and breakdowns

this is the biggest i've ever been leanish and i'm only on 50 mgs test e ed

test is best for me makes me full and round

i bet i will hit 2 bills leanish within 3-4 weeks
