60 minutes zero rest for rounds. 

1 minute assault bike
1 minute jump rope
100 yards - push 45 plate on the floor
50 yards - rope row with 160lbs of kettlebells ties to rope
Agility Ladder 2x - Burpee - 20 mountain climbers - high knees
Agility Ladder 2x - Burpee - 5 push ups - sideways plank walk
10 military presses w 90 lbs bar
20 x  25 medicine ball slams

100%.  I gave him a lot of encouragement.  But tomorrow is going to be brutal for him.  More puking.  If he makes it a few weeks he will adjust to it.   

The best FNG compliment I got so far from my squad : 

"Bro - my wife FNG loves you."   I'm like wwhhaa? i don't even know her.  "No bro - she loves the growing traps and back."

Me:   Awesome  - its all those farmer carries

10000000 percent.  But he made a fatal mistake.   Well 2.   

1.  He wore a Bas Rutten shirt.     Dumb.   So I told him guess what we are doing tommorow - Bas Rutten all around fighting CD w 8 lb hand weights.   Sucks to be him.  tommorow.

2.  He was rude to a female friend of mine.  He doesn’t know I’m friends w her or that she has said anything to me.    So it’s time for some humble pie. 

The Bas Rutten CD tommorow - he needs another puke bucket nearby. 

 All kidding aside those cds are the shit.

Dude didnt show up today. 

60 minutes straight of heavy DB supersets, drop sets, compounds, etc

20 minutes - HIIT w assault bike, jump rope, mountain climbers, etc.

my dumb ass took 115 lb and just "negative curled" it to put the weight on the rack's spotters arms.

Felt everything pull in my left arm.

Ice/Meds/Stim.....hope it's just a strain, but sore today

at my age, have to stop this dumb shit.

4x turkish get up w 50lb sandbag

10x kettlebell swing w 88lb kettlebell

25 yards forward 100 lb sandball curl squat press

25 years backward toss 100lb sandball overhead

100 yards farmer carries w 5 gallon water cans

30 minutes - Bas Rutten All Around Fighting CD

Right to it - maybe 3 minutes on the bike.  225 is easy weight for me.   I might start doing 315 for 8-10 soon though

225 is easy for me as well, but it is still 225 pounds.

But, given my history, I need to do banded RDLs, warmpup sets, etc.
