The point though is that even you could still make gains if you hadn't decided a decade ago is as good as it was ever going to get. You guys keep wanting to compare me to other people while ignoring the gains I have made in the last 3 months. Also again I am 43 years old and was trained and in shape to start with an injury. I should have been atrophying the entire time. That is what most would have done. Instead I focused on my legs and made gains. I upped my volume and was able to train upper body despite the injury. I increased my food to support recovery. I made hard gains at 43 years old in a matter months. I have some nagging tendon issues now though so I am trying to hold more fluid so I can get back to training sooner. All your training logs and advice mean jack shit without current pics and weight. I am the only honest man on this board.
