No, as it was my father's helmet and my mom had it shined up for me years ago. It is sitting right next to me as I write this. I have some other stuff that he left me. I think they (the ones I am looking at) are called "Japanese Fishing Floats", essentially glass globes that were woven into fishing nets. My dad used to work all over the world.
When little, I could NOT lift that helmet. Due to illness, I cannot do so at the moment which is another reason it sits beside me (my son placed it there for me). Every once in a while I try to lift it. I do not know how much it weighs but it is heavy to me. Most people here would have no trouble.
Prior to my death I will be telling my family what to do with the few items I have and if they do not want any of them, then they can sell them and I will let them know you are on this forum and were interested in the helmet. Thank you. Time to take my medicines. Thanks and goodnight!

I waterproofed them myself using toilet ring seal wax.
Make sure the tongue on a workboot is attached at least 3/4 the way up the boot if you want them to keep water out.

I gave up on waterproofing. Makes my boots stink in a hurry. I have exceptionally vile feet tho.
I'm leaving Red Wings and going back to Rocky S2V. The Wings have better durability but the S2Vs are the most comfortable boots I've worn and are great for getting down low, if you're frequently on a knee, plastering, painting, etc. I'd still prefer the Red Wings work boot for heavier outside work like earth moving. I want more mobility than they afford, and the speed lace hooks snagging on the ladder sucks, but they're a solid boot.
Ok, wearing tactical boots when you're not in the military is kinda cringey but they're the best of all worlds, I've found.
