Maybe it’s worth something, but you also have to account for dismantling it, warehousing and marketing it. I’d imagine these shit boxes should only be selling for what the land is worth.

I just sold a somewhat similar dump. Well...a bit better than that.
Got $122K CAD for it.
I have nothing to invest it in, but real estate is a bad deal for landlords in Canada, and getting worse.
