Bragg's vinegar? Huge fan of it..daily use. Fixed stomach issues.

This is some organic apple cider vinegar from ALDI.  Tastes good.

Coffee with half n' half throughout day

Lunch
Peanuts
Ground turkey patty with sour cream on top

Dinner
Zucchini with meatballs and homemade tomato sauce
Large salad with apple cider vinegar and olive oil
Glass of almond milk

I a two cups of coffee max a day person. I did up the fats lately by using heavy cream instead of half and half. How unhealthy can a teaspoon of milk fat be?

I've mentioned that at one point, for about a minute, my weight was a whopping 225 lbs. The gift of a quart of whole unpasteurized milk every couple of days from a friend who lived on a farm, was one of the reasons I was able to gain the weight.

Hmm, that also may have contributed to me have high cholesterol (which is under control thanks to simvastatin) Better that little pink pill than having to give up cheese and other milk products. -Must have my little indulgences.

Oyster Sauce? Did you slice and stir fry the ribeye? Same question I asked Herne, where are the veggies?

Dogs and cats are carnivores too....just saying. Not saying your a dog or a cat though.  ;D

Are you prone to kidney stones? For most people, the benefits of nutrient-dense, high-oxalate foods outweigh their risks. Moderation is key.

Are you happy with your weight? If so, don't worry about it. If you are underweight, seek advice from bhank. If you weigh too much, ask Shizzo about his diet plan. On second thought, Shizzo might not be the best person to seek advice from about how to lose weight.  ;)

So easy now to with you tube just type your favorite chef+what you want to eat. One thing I learned from watching cooking shows if you do nothing else just season with salt and pepper and more times than not that all u need

Very true.

I like watching Sam the Cooking Guy.

Makes it easy.

Cooking isn't that hard, just takes practice.

Didn't eat much.

For breakfast I had 2 cups of coffee with cream, organic orange juice, toasted bagel with whipped cream cheese chive spread.
Skipped lunch.
For dinner I ate Costco chicken enchiladas with additional cheese, sour cream, Guacamole and chopped fresh tomato salsa.
Typing this made me hungry for a Lindt's dark chocolate bar with orange, so even though it is late I'm gonna have one anyway.

Note: I bought an all-in-one desktop Dell Inspiron computer Core i-7 with a 27" screen yesterday from Costco, https://www.bestbuy.com/site/dell-inspiron-27-touch-screen-all-in-one-intel-core-i7-16gb-memory-512gb-solid-state-drive-silver/6440596.p?skuId=6440596&ref=212&loc=1&extStoreId=1422&ref=212&loc=1&gclid=EAIaIQobChMIpfGB-fvI8QIVowh9Ch2bwwrrEAQYBSABEgLqdvD_BwE&gclsrc=aw.ds. Setting it up and getting all the files moved over from the old desktop has kept me pretty busy. I cannot believe how fast this system is...no waiting for files to open like on my ancient Sony Vaio that had a  Windows 7 operating system and could not be upgraded to Windows 10 because it was such an antique. It still works fine but is just incredibly slow. Got the BOSE headset connected via bluetooth. Still working on getting the cell phone connected to it.

I can't believe I made this purchase without spending weeks researching which system was best, like I normally do. It was an impulse purchase. Went to Costco to get Kurig coffee and some groceries. My daughter was talking up her IMac, which is great but a little more expensive and doesn't have a touch screen. I also considered a Lenovo because that's what my laptop is but the 27" all-in-one Yoga is $2,500. which just seems like too much to spend, since I don't do any gaming or other activities requiring excellent graphics.
