not that big deal. He was juicing hard in the pride days and pretty big

either way he's been dead for many years now

Don't know, you might try asking on the Westside Barbell Instagram or Youtube pages. Louie Simmons and those guys handled his training for a few years early 2000's. The answer sounds flippant to me, like he was guessing or just throwing a number out there. If he did hit 25 x 275, you've also got to wonder about the quality of the reps, were they short-stroked, etc....?

It sounds off, but he was an elite wrestler and MMA guy, plus we don't know what the reps looked like, and he was heavier sometimes, #230ish.

I give him 135lbs for reps with really good form.
He was really cool and a very strong fighter... sucks that most of the interesting juggernauts are long gone.
