I would say that probably the cinematographer and director were standing close together and the action called for the actor to point the gun toward the camera and pull the trigger.


It wouldn't have to be real bullets if debris from previous takes were in the barrel...

For all the experience in the industry he is an actor and not cut out to run the whole operation.

He has said before he isn’t really cut out for directing on his podcast only doing it a little bit to try it in the past.

Civil suit wise? He will probably take it up the ass.

Negligent homicide would be the worst he gets, unless an investigation proves that it was premeditated. He will probably be able to plea down the criminal side, if he is even charged at all.

Again pending investigation, he will probably lose a civil case, but then he will declare bankruptcy, or settle out of court.

It all looks great on paper.....Alec Baldwin, loses civil case to the tune of 200 million. Usually, the families never see a fraction of what the verdict was. All a dog and pony show.
