He never won any Arnolds or Os but he was a fantastic bodybuilder. Definitely one of the best posers of all time, perfect aesthetics. At 5'8 plenty of size without it getting stupid. His downfall? Glutes and ham definition.

He was highly overrated, cocky, and lazy! Can’t get into condition. Seen him lots of times training with Cormier. Shawn tried helping him, Cormier tried too. Guy was just a lost cause

Had a great back and amazing posing routines.

But lazy as per usual.

I forget what md article it was back in the day I think with him n Dexter on the cover where he was bragging about eating twizzlers pre contest and didn’t need to do cardio.

Looks amazing here. A lot tighter in the glutes and hams then Flex ever was. Why does Flex get a pass when he was always soft as fuck from the rear in his legs. I honestly don't get the hype to Flex. He looked soft every show

This is an Arnold winning physique. This is a top Olympian physique and his posing is second to none. He has zero structural flaws. I prefer the real look shoulders like his vs. blown out. Very,very underrated. Incredible back, Incredible abdominal wall. And great legs and calves. If he worked with Hany it would be an all time great physique. Still is imo.

He got by a lot on genetics. Didn't have the desire to really dial it in, instead coming in about 85% and didn't have the courage to go all out and put on more mass.

Could have been another Darrem Charles if he focused on the smaller shows.
