i was just influnced by the big jew dyke isrealtel and he said have all three marcos each meal so i'll do so

by the by my mother was 5'2 90 pounds and as freud says a child's first love is his mother

i also like brown eyed brown haired women same as my mother

i'm leaner than i thought so i will easily be sub-5 in 3 weeks MAX maybe even 2 weeks

i'll run 250 sust 200 primo and 80 mgs VAR

primo will run out in two weeks but i will probably already be sub-5 by then

Just did delts and got 2 big wheels for a triple BNP style 😎

Today is low carb day so after milk breakkie I have 2 chicken and potatoes and sunflower oil meals but since it's low carb today I'll just have 1/2 or even 1/3 potato depending upon how big the potatoes are

i'm sub 7 here i will go to sub 5

that's a loss of 3.5 pounds of fat

3.5 pounds of fat is more volume than you think

one pound of fat is like 8 times the size/volume of one pound of muscle

i want some carbs in each of my 3 meals and some fat in each meal

and every 5 days pig out at mcd's for one of my 3 meals

here's the plan

breakkie=1 liter of milk

post workout meal 1=300 grams chicken breast(just ate this and it's goddamn fuckong bitch to eat at that fucking chicken at one sitting >:( >:( >:() half of a potatoe and a small cap full of sunflower oil over the potatoe

post workout meal 2=same as post workout meal 1

maybe i should have a full potatoe instead of a half ??? ??? ???

and 2 liters ZERO cal energy drink

i dumped my half bottle of cherry liquor down the toliet was tempted to drink it just sitting at home NO GOOD

therapist told me my relationship with alchol is not a good one and he is correcto-mundo

on the 5th day meal 3 will be something like a medium sized double quater pounder meal with a chocolate mcflurry

and in your dream of darkness i came shining like the sun
