it's fucking impossible for me to choke down 10 oz 300 grams of chick breast so ima eat 7 oz 200 grams and wash it down with 2 grams eea's mixed in milk

since i'll have milk with all meals i can eliminate the potatoe and sunflower oil coz milk has all 3 marcos

so all i'll eat is chicken breast and milky with eea's added in

tomatoes have no protien or fat

milk is a true super food as it has all 3 macros and in very good ratios

i'll take update pics every 3-4 days and analyze the situation to see if i'm getting rounder and drier and fuller or flatter and losing water volume in the muscle but i don't think that will happen coz only winny and mast remove water from inside the muscle

var puts water in the muscle and removes water from under the skin so it is a SUPER STERIOD

primo removes water from under the skin but does not put water inside the muscle so it is purely a cosmetic and not a real anabolic

i need to eat all marcos at one time it's the best way plus i gotta make sure each meal passes the 3 grams of leucine threshold

plus 4 feedings is enough and even superior even though i'm going with 3 feedings at the moment

i could get salmon to eat with the chicken breast to get total pro to 60 grams each feeding coz i cannot eat 300 grams of chick breast cant fucking choke that shit down

but i'd rather spend this cash on strippers then on salmon

salmon costs like 5 times the cost of chick breast per gram of pro that's just too damn much >:( >:( >:(

In Canada today, the average WOMAN weighs 167-lb, and 67% of people from Manitoba to Quebec are overweight or obese.

dj181 could walk into any gym, and be the leanest and most muscular person, likely 90% of the time. Certainly, that is true anywhere outside of the gym. But even in most public/commercial gyms, a person being this lean is going to stand out.

I get that there are Getbiggers who are bigger or leaner, or have been in the past. But to suggest DJ doesn't have an above average physique is a bit silly. Statistically, he does.

This is also why I'd prefer to hit a 405-lb bench this year than to get in top shape - weight lifted is objective. But physique quality is subjective. So someone can be in top shape, and people will still be talking trash. But if you get a 405 bench, you can't deny that objective achievement.

Getbig is way too harsh on people's physiques. And dj181's account is almost 16.5 years old. So presumably he's into his thirties now. For his age [35+, I'm guessing, based on account age], his physique is even more impressive.

It's safe to say that your physique is in the Top 5% of the general population. To be in the Top 5% of people who train is a stricter list, as only 15-20% of people train. So to be in the Top 5% of people who train, you would need to be in the Top 1% - and even as high as the Top 0.75% of the overall population.

That would mean that you have the best physique out of out 100 men, up to as high as having the best physique out of 133 men [mathematically speaking].

I think it's pretty obvious your physique would be the best out of 20 random men - but to have the physique out of 133 men is a tougher standard.

But...you may be right. Even if you are in the Top 10% of men who train - that means out of a sample of 50 men, 10 of whom train, you would have the best physique out of that group of 50.

That's possible. So I'm not necessarily refuting your Top 5% of men who train statement. I have posted on here before that a 225-lb bench press is in the Top 1-3% of men who train. And that would be in the Top 0.15% to Top 0.6% of the entire population.

So a man bench pressing 225 is stronger than 99.4% - up to even 99.85% - of the population.

While physique judging is subjective, I think Getbig in general does not have a good grasp on what statistical norms are for gym outcomes.
