Many years ago I realized that longevity is truly the name of the game once you're past your 40's. So about 4-5 years ago I started this approach to my diet and my weight has remained stable with fluctuations that are never more than +/- 5 pounds, blood pressure is always normal, cholesterol levels are always within normal range and the rest of the labs are always normal.
