So Josh and I are gonna do a 35-40 min show weekly just talking shit. It’s basically an outlet for us and might be some entertainment for you fellas.

As it gets warmer the triceps will make an appearance haha. I might film from the bushes one day.

If you are making a Logo for this show (like Joe Rogan and others), how about having Robs Triceps as a logo with the letter RnJ witten on it?`
