Do You Think Pro Bodybuilding As A Profession Is Dead?

(1/7) > >>

King Shizzo:
Seriously. In my case, maybe I grew out of it with age, but I've had no desire to follow contests for years now. I have no idea who 98% of today's pros or top amateurs are, nor do I care.

The magazines are gone. The websites can't be doing much better.  I could be wrong, but I highly doubt that sponsorships for bodybuilders are what they used to be, especially when Joe blow, the influencer, can make a company a lot more.

It's always been a niche hobby/sport, but I don't see the allure or point to actually become a pro.

Am I wrong, or is it at an all-time low?

NarcissisticDeity:
It's dead like you , P.I.P Shaun may flights of angels sing thee to thy rest

Notomorrow:
The internet killed pro bodybuilding the same way it killed magic. Once you reveal how it's done it's not interesting.

King Shizzo:
Years ago, you used to know who 3rd tier pros were.

Now, everyone is 3rd tier.

That’s ironic….coming from a 5th tier Getbig poster.
