Best all,
When i wake up in the morning, my belly and stomach is flat. After eating my first meal my stomach and belly blows up. It looks like i am fat and pregnant.
My dieetist gave a dieet free from lactose and free from FODMAPS. (carbs from fruit/vegatables/beans etc) Unfortunately it did not help.
I tested also on specific foodallergies (gluten) but the outcome was also negative.
What can it be?
I got an echo from my abdomen organs, but they couldn't find anything (lucky me). Still i do have this issue.
It started 3 years ago, during my first time cycle, when i was using testosterone and primobolan.(only 1-2 ml each)
Does somebody has the same issue as me?
Can maybe somebody give me some advise? nobody can help me and the doc's don't know it...
Is it the age maybe (47)?
My test and estrogen level in the blood, is in the middle of the common range.....
I really don't know it and its quite frustrating....
Thanks for your help in advance!
-
I have the same issue. It's common in older people.
Try cutting out the bread, pasta, crackers, cookies, donuts, cake, cereals, wheat containing snacks & foods, processed high carb foods, etc.
Cut out or reduce as much as possible junk food.
Eat meat, fish, eggs, cheese, milk, butter, oils, vegetables, oatmeal, some fresh fruit, natural peanut butter.
Also a good idea to eat smaller portions of the food you do eat so you don't stretch your stomach.
Take a psyllium fiber supplement everyday like Metamucil. You'll take big shits and clean out your bowels.
Another thing you can try is intermittent fasting a few times a week. Basically don't eat from 8 PM to 12 Noon the following day. 16/8 fast.
It gives your stomach a break.
This being said, if you are messing yourself up taking steroids that is something you should stop doing.

The fact is, that i don't eat bread (only 1 day per week), i also don't eat cookies, crackers, cereals either.
I blow up with everything....
That's rare is it not?
I tried psyillium fiber and it didn't help also...
Stomach break? Maybe, now i try to eat every 2 hours something. I need a certain kcal intake to maintain my bodyweight and fullness.
It is very rare that, when i wake up in the morning, (my stomach has been rested for 8 hours), my belly and stomach is flat. After eating my first breakfast i blow up.........
The strange thing is what i eat, i will blow up....
Everything started when i was using Test and Primo, my first cycle 3 years ago.
Is that not very curious?
-
Yes, it is interesting.
If you are still using steroids perhaps you should stop.

don't swallow next time spit :D

Am i the only person with that issue?
Is it my age? genetics?

No, I told you I have the same type of thing.

No, I told you I have the same type of thing.
So you wake up with a flat belly and stomach and already after eating your breakfast you're belly swell up?
Are you using AAS?
What you have is a certain sensitivity regarding some foods and products. I have tried everything and it doesn't help. I swell up with everything.
So thats different.

Yep, wake up flat belly.
After eating my belly sticks out.
No 'roids for me.
So, if you get up, have only two soft boiled eggs, nothing else, your belly swells up?
I'd see a specialist. Gastroenterologist?

Well, i am not sure about that. I have never tried it... I am afraid too eat too les kcal and carbs. My breakfast is 1000kcl. Oat meals- kwark-Pinda nuts
I visited a Gastroenterologist and he concluded i was healthy.
He did make an echo of my abdomen (Kidney/liver/organs) and he noticed only that i have a lot of gas in my colon. For the rest everything was in good condition.

Have your gallbladder checked.

Nuts give me gas. Oats bother some people.
Tomorrow for breakfast just have a few soft boiled eggs, nothing else, see what happens.

What did he say on the gas? Cause this is me too.

I repeat. Have your gallbladder checked.
Chronic gallbladder disease may cause digestive problems, such as acid reflux and gas.

Hopefully the gastro would have checked him for that but who knows.
Worth looking into.
-

He said that a lot of gas in the colon, has always to do with a sensitivity (or intolerantie) regarding some foods. His conclusion was that i could maybe have a digestion issue regarding FODMAPS or Lactose.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/FODMAP
So he sent me to a dieetist. After changing my daily food intake, the result after 5 months was that my issue did not solve. So in my case it has nothing to do with food sensitivity (Lactose-FODMAPS-Gluten etc)
The reason he did not know.
-
Eat the eggs and see what happens.
I like peanuts but they mess me up.

Thanks for the info.
I do not have acid reflux
But about the gallbladder i did not know.
During my Examination (Echo) the doc could not find any strange things regarding the liver and gallbladder...

Just soft boiled eggs. Nothing else. No milk. No cheese. Nothing else.
What...do think you'll shrink?
See if it makes a difference.

I already tried fodmaps it didn’t work. Basically if I want to feel somewhat normal I drink my egg whites and eat a lot of cream of cereal for carbs.
Chew my food slow, etc etc. but it’s not that. Training partner says that stomach issues just happen with age.

Considering how quickly our bodies process what we eat, you wouldn't expect it to take 5 months to figure out if your problem was diet related. You have a lot more patience than do I. Never heard the term dieetist. Is that the same thing as a dietitian.

Maybe with AAS it becomes less?

This is one of the best responses ive seen on here in a very long time... Fooking awesome!

Same problem here.
It started with Acid Reflux and hiccups. After few weeks, the acid reflux calmed down but, I'm having the same issue with gas. Everytime I eat, my stomach expands with gas.
Very annoying.
-
not sure if this will help or not but dont drink fluids when you eat. eat small meals and drink fluids later. not with meals. only humans drink when we eat. ( animals eat then go looking for water or they just rest) and drinking will dilute stomach acids and enzymes causing a problem. also carbs digest in a different alkalinity than fats and proteins , so try eating carbs seperate or better yet do a full out keto diet.

I had exactly the same problem which never happened until i got close to 40. I started using a greens product from redcon GI JUICE i think its called and it works well. I also found i need a small amount of letro like i use a lquid research chem version which is 2.5mg/cc and i use 1/10cc every 3 or 4 days. Works pretty good.

Welcome to getting old. A year later has anything changed?
-
50 grams of any carbs a day thats it. Thats it. Egg white protein lean tuna protein. Thats it. Try that depending on bf percentages for 2 weeks to a month u will see abs of steel. Trust this.

A little...
I still blow up when i eat but little less than 1 year ago...
I am taking more hours between mij meals. Maybe that helps a liitle?
Don't know exactly.
The doc daid that it has nothing to do with hormonal changes but i do not agree.
I think it is also the age (more sensitive for kind of food)

And vegatables? they are also containing carbs which blow up my belly.
