For me personally, I do the 1/2 cc a week (125 mg) but I do split that into two shots (MON, THU).
(Tiny slin-pin into delts).
It keeps me in the 700-800 "normal" range. While my blood-markers, BP, etc. are all perfect.
Not for everyone, but I like how I feel right there.

4 sets (8-10) facing away (hack squats)
Leg Curls - 4 sets
Leg Ext - 4 sets
Seated calf - 4 sets
MiscWrist Curls - 4 sets
Incline Bench light - 4 sets
Smith BNP's - 4 sets
Enjoyable machine when back is too sore for free-weight squats.
