He looked like shit compared to the top guys of teh day like Kaz and JP..nor was he as good as them, but he did win WSM and came second a few times as well...I think he was originally a shotputter

He did indeed Bench, Capes was a strong dude no doubt - I think the term "cock" strong applies to him. He didnt look like he was strong, actually he was built like a turd but he was a powerful dude none the less
