Took the sling off for most of the day.  Had decent ROM, considering surgery was Monday.  Looks like he went in arthroscopic on three parts, but also cut into the AC joint on the top.

I start shoulder PT on Tuesday.  First thing will be establishing full ROM...then it's back to ramping up.  Will start with jogging (if cleared for leg)....then ruck....going to email Stew Smith for advice....

I have super spartan in june, probably a TM sometime, GR heavy in sept.  if I'm fully back, will try a light/challenge over summer

Today Ill probably do something like this

30 minutes - Leg HIIT  like lunges, weigted step ups, dumbbell squats, iso squats, etc - no rest.

30 Minutes - no rest - bear crawls, tire flips, crab walks, overhead holds, farmer carries, k bell swings and squat/upright row, etc. 

30 Minutes push up/pull up/ sit up pyramid

Ok, from someone who has done the pyramid, 22 min is fantastic.  Dude, you're ready.  I got to the point where the pullups were no problem, save for maybe a rep on the decending 9 set.  But the sit ups were the hardest part for me.  Your could do the event tomorrow.

So what - you going to go all out the next three weeks, then taper the last week?

I'm feeling good  - weight is staying between 193-197 or so.  My reps are increasing in terms of bw stuff like pull ups and push ups and sit ups and amount of burpees, pop ups, etc I can do in a given time period.  The weight also helps offset the 40lbs ruck in terms of how it feels over distance. 

The difference between this time and last is that I don't feel like have over use pains and issues like I did before.
