Good news for women who suffer from morning sickness.
Researchers at Toronto's Hospital For Sick children have discovered that the more a pregnant woman throws up,
...the smarter her baby will be. We've long known morning sickness correlates to lesser chance of miscarriage, birth defects etc, because the greater hormonal levels equals a healthier placenta. Now we know it also means a smarter baby too. Isn't that good news? :)

You do realize that the Hospital For Sick Children is one of the most prestigious hospitals in the world, don't you?
...infact, it was Canadian doctors who first recognized & identified this new swine/avian/human flu combo virus going around. The same group that was set up in the wake of the SARs epidemic. Don't make me have to slapshot a hockey puck at your head. >:(

This is Canada, ...we have good, regular, and routine healthcare including prenatal care.
They probably took notes all throughout a woman's pregnancy noting how long the morning sickness lasted,
...then monitored baby health after it's born, then later tested IQs. Apparently MotherRisk has quite the database of info

Yeah but there are testes and guidleines they have to follow to be allowed to homeschool. I met this teacher not too long ago and was shocked at how dumb she was. all i could think was, "wow, she is teaching the future :-X"

Problem is, most people are equally dumb just without the training. Here, teachers for Catholic schools need a certificate but not the masters degree. A lot of kids excel but it's hard to say if an entire curriculum only geared towards state tests turns out well balanced people.

I'm sure it is well respected in sub-Saharan Africa, but until the AMA signs off on it, the whole thing sounds like witch doctoring.

well i rarely go to starbucks. I generally go to local coffee shops or make my own. I buy spanish coffee.
