Top 10 Things Pets Swallow

2. Underwear
3. Pantyhose
4. Rocks
5. Balls
6. Chew Toys
7. Corn Cobs
8. Bones
9. Hair ties
10. Sticks

Pins, pens, and paper also rate high. This may sound funny, but it can be anything but because these things can obstruct and cause damage to the intestinal track, become lift-threatening, and often require surgery.

Mine would only eat my expensive shoes when I was away for long periods and he never ate the cheap ones. little fucker :P

my sister has a vet clinic in san marcos tx, and she says they have a steady stream of dogs that eat tampons and condoms!!

I know i told the story on here about how my dog almost choked to death on a tennis ball, very bad experience.  Scares me whenever I see him pick one up now, I have learned to be OK with it but if he tries to grab more than one I will take them away very quickly.

My all time favorite dog, a black lab, once ate my daughters cactus garden???  We went away and left him alone and when we came back he had eaten/chewed up several cactus plants.  I held him down and checked his mouth but he was fine. ???

That's interesting  :-\  Keesha used to love eating corn on the cob - cob and all.  She also liked chewing the feet out of my pantyhose (back when I wore those things) among other "things" from the wastebasket  ::)
