Its too much honestly.   Those large bands can support a car.

I have no use for it right now.

The smaller green ones I can do banded RDLs, good mornings, and a ton of shit.  The big band can't do shit with it.

Sort of. My days are off but I'm doing the full workouts. I do improvise with certain moves/lifts.

Training for me has been totally consistent and effective.  1 hour weights and training    Followed by 1 hour 4 mile ruck daily. 

Feel great, limber, no pains or aches at all.   Dialed the F in.

I also have a good once from Amazon called fire team fit that i jammed 120lbs into.

I like the 120lb Goruck one.

It has two 60lb bladders, so it's versatile if you want to swap weight.  I generally wait for them to have a sale.

But anything SC suggests is probably great.

The 120lb I have is a monster.

Last conditioning part was pick it up, throw it over a 30 inch box, then go over the box.

For 11 minutes straight.

I picked up this one, my kid can use it with one bladder. :D

Can fill w sand.   Rocks.   Whatever.   My 80 holds about 100 or so and it feels like a bear to deal with.

Made up my own conditioning circuit....it's about 2 miles shorter than I normally would do but it's been 8 months or so since last one:

1/2 mile jog
1/2 mile ruck
1/4 mile with ruck and 120lb sandbag - mix in 2 x 5 pushup along way.  10 sets up and down bleachers (ruck only)
50 yards 60lb sand bag clean and throw - 50 yds 60lb sandbag lateral toss (with ruck)
1/4 mile ruck
1/4 mile ruck again with 120lb sandbag 2 x 5 push up
1/2 mile run

Took 52 minutes, no rest.
