UK election
« on: May 07, 2015, 10:50:48 PM »
Red Ed shown the door. Scots idiocracy at work. Surely the deranged Snp have peaked. Lembicaldumbocunts annihilated. UKIP and greens scoring double digits between them but almost no MPs. Surely it's time for a regional list system.

Only thing I'm glad about is the FTSE100 bouncing back...Been sluggish yesterday, but overnight when it became obvious the Cons were to stay it jumped 100 points this morning.

I didn't expect Labour to get kicked to the curb like this, I'm glad Nick Clegg is shown the door too.

If you think labour are jokers, the snp take delusional, state socialism and bigoted hatred to a different level.

What I said was factual, objective and measurable. A statement like Salome is a far better debater than red ed is opinion, probably a correct opinion though.

Sturgeon has really displaced the Iain mccartneys of the central belt, as well as the likes of gorgeous George and Tommy sheridan. The one thing I would give the woman is that she is serious. But most socialist leaders are, most are unsuccessful actual leaders given their thoughts aren't based on reality.

The Reality is Cameron?...come on. Fact is he has cut our armed forces down to minimal levels. He is back stabbing and money saving and sacking good soldiers weeks before their full pension and lump sum. I know because i still move in Military circles. He is a disgrace to our Armed Forces.

We are prioritising spending on nhs and education over an army to fight Russia or China... They aren't doing anything that doesn't happen in the private sector. I'm not saying they couldn't do it with more courtesy mind.

No Conservatives will ruin the nhs.. but stick to the Armed Forces. Cameron is cutting more and more.. i can tell you 100% that the once proud army i served in is a ghost now of itīs former self. You canīt imagine how great we were in Germany in the 60s,70s,80s.. the armour and money was there certainly to my time in the 80s. We were motivated too. Thatcher i never liked either but she understood the threats and was wise enough to invest in the Armed Forces.

I did a weeks selection with the paras when I was younger. But it wasn't for me. Often wonder if I should have gone for the marines. But that is an aside. Even Russia has cut its mil spending.

The tories spent more on nhs under thatcher than lab predecessor and she built more council houses than prezza's 7 years oversight of it...

People like to think that politics allow them to have their say...that they are counted...
Its all a big show for your benefit. You have NO say in any of it.
Its all been set out.

We know that the Scottish vote for independence was a sham and the people were conned.
People still lap this shit up in the media.

If voting actually changed any thing
The establishment would ban it.

why wasn't it for you?

Paras, wrong fit. Didn't like the following. Some Sgt would tell you to do something and then immediately as you are about to do it he would start shouting for you to do it. Retarded.

I do often wonder what wd have happened had I gone for marines on graduation as 9/11 happened a few months later. One of my class mates went into Iraq right after the war with his regiment.

fair one. If you went in,  it would be a given that you'd have ended up in Iraq, and Afghanistan too shortly after, both in a combat role.

i atually did arabic for my degree so i knew three people who went into the military, two who did contracts over there and a civil servant (like state dept) who lived in a caravan in a green zone car park for 18 months. so yeah if i had gone for the marines probably would have spent time in afghanistan and maybe iraq, as i did 2 years of persian at the start as well. but by the time i graduated i wanted to go into finance.
