Very true, they serve stew with pastry threw over the top last min.... On the same subject, where do Nandos find there pigeon sized chickens from?

Pub food 9 out of 10 times is shite, it is Pub food that gave British food establishments a bad name over the years especially with tourists...you can go in France or Italy and eat in obscure brasseries and get served top notch quality food, here it's always a half arsed exercise, bar a few well selected establishments which take their food seriously.

the best meal i had recently was at the keepers lodge in royal academy. although something is being lined up for this friday, just not sure what yet.

went to sake no hana yesterday. much better than when the russians were running it and putting mayonaise on every thing.

I much prefer sake over Nobu personally, much better service.

service at le caprice and pollen st social is best. food at nobu on park lane i think is better than berkeley st, sake was ok but there was mushrooms in everything. pollen st social is a good date place they really make an effort.
