what i have found to be working for me is partials or pulses as my trainer calls em.
set 1 bench 225 x 8
set 2 bench 255 x 8
set 3 bench 275 x 6
set 4 bench 225 x 8
right after set 4 no rest do as many half reps as humanly possible and pump that blood!
i've found that now my chest and tri's have responded really well, this works awesome on all lifts
really good on bi's and i also noticed my bench is starting to increase from 355 to just under 400lbs!
may not work for everyone but thought i would add this idea as it seems to have done wonders for me.
