was bob jabbed? another 'suddenly & unexpected'?
did myocarditis mess with his pha?
im sure bob just did the old 5 mg dbol tabs back in his day (very little) so cant blame juice
he was 81, average age when men buy the farm
so you handful of old fucks here your time is coming
especially if jabbed

He was sick for a while, from Bill Pearl's FB -

" BOB GAJDA DIED TODAY JANUARY 16, 2022 AT AGE 82.

We are very sad to report that another "Oldschool" good guy bodybuilder has passed away. Bob had been diagnosed with Parkinson's a few years ago and had experienced ill health for awhile.

He apparently started feeling unwell, but resisted going to the hospital. Finally, as he seemed to be somewhat incoherent, he was taken to Northwest Hospital in Arlington Heights, Chicago, on Saturday, and his heart stopped Sunday morning.

Bob was well known and extremely well liked in the Chicago bodybuilding community.

Our condolences to his family and friends.
Bob Gajda Rest in Peace.

Bill and Judy Pearl "

Avoid hospitals at all costs.

90% of people who die are under medical care

RIP...Could say that Bod Gajga (Polish-American) was the father of the PHA (Peripheral Heart Action) version of circuit training. And maybe with a better thought out version of circuit training. Another pioneer in the weight training field.

First read about Gajda and his training methods from an old Iron Man mag given to me when a teenager.  If anyone ever tried this PHA system than you could understand the benefits employed. Basic theme was that the pump was to be avoided by keeping the blood flowing throughout the body at all time during a given workout.  No pause or rest at any time.

I tried it a few times, with increased endurance and even improve strength. It can be a killer at first, but your endurance (and fat loss)  may surprise you. Used it in high school and college off and on for football shape.  All thanks to Bod Gajda

Not sure what your point is. Isn't it fairly common for one's health to worsen before they die of natural causes? 90% of deaths are from natural causes. 10% are traumatic deaths.

I tried PHA training as well and hated it. Liked Bob though. RIP
