Srsly, has there ever been a Mr Olympia that dominant in any division? :D (you're looking at the Top 3 in this category right there)
They should just declare him Mr Olympia until 2025 at this point so he doesn't have to show up to embarrass all those other guys and they can fight calmly for 2nd place up there. In 2026 he could make a visit to the Olympia stage once again so the judges can check him out briefly and award him the title for the next 5 years to come... ;D

They claimed he had shrunk so weighed too much, he had to go away and try and lose 4lbs, he couldnt, later he was measured again at the correct height and allowed to enter
Surely these guys should be officially measured by in independant medical professional and then that is their official height for all future shows
Measuring heights on the day is fucking stupid and a waste of time and also open to corruption as we have seen Olympia just gone.

I mean: in terms of genetics: he's average. Just because his competition are sub-par doesn't mean that in terms of history - he's anything special.
Any 90's top 10 could downsize and blast him out.

I think in another thread: levrone was compared to the skinny gits that jumped on and became monsters from nothing. Look at Levrone at 14 photograph. His structure says it all. Yes - gear responding is paramount. But clavicle lengths/joints/insertions and the like are far more important. And yes: HEIGHT. You can look great alone but being next to someone that's got inches on you: give me a fucking break.
What happened to the days where you could tell a bodybuilder by a silhouette? You could spot Ronnie, Dillet, Dorian, Flex without even looking at them from just a shadow. A distinctive physique which had its own properties/dimensions.
Can you REALLY same the same shit about Cbum?
I'd argue that our very own Hazbin had a comparable physique to Cbum in the 90's. If Hazbin was around today doing the classic: can you argue that bumstead would have destroyed him????

That's the problem Logan Franklin claimed he had. His doctor and the DMV measured him at an even 6 feet tall. But the IFBB kept measuring him at 5'111/2". Supposedly, that means he can't carry and extra 5-8 lbs of muscle.
Now, classic physique guys are doing what I call the torture-rack thing and stretching themselves an extra half-inch or so, so they don't have to shave off any muscle to compete.
But, that sounds safer than guys starving and dehydrating themselves to make weight classes (i.e. 212s) and then filling back up. That's what Johnnie Jackson said he did at the 2001 Nationals, starving and sweating himself to death to make light-heavyweight then regaining 19 lbs the next night to compete.

I never claimed it did. I agree that there should be a universal standard, where everyone gets his height measured that that be used for at least a year or two.
I've heard of drug testing. I've NEVER heard of rack testing (Boy did I tee one up here or what?) ;D

They should measure these guys at their first pro show and that's it. That's your set height for your career. Measuring them every contest is ridiculous imo
