negative only = only lowering yourself no positive, you will have to step up on something each time, chin on chest lower for 4 secs hang at the bottom/stretch 2 secs 6-8 reps once 9 are achieved add weight these worked wonders on chest for me...only one set at the end of the workout every other workout.


Hmmm,gonna try it.

decline machine

incline seated dumbell curls
straight bar curls
single arm cable curls

He said his internets were broken! so he didn't get pm I sent him......last week ??? :-\

next week on the dips,this was like cardio and lifting at the same time.not alot of rest between sets

.....pizza was calling :D

Amazingly it somehow,someway got fixed right after I finished at the gym...

Lately, I've been trying to lift like Clavin but I found the the weights in my gym don't go low enough.  :-\
