Comparison of depth 275vs315 need to bring 315 a little lower was having lower back pump issues today tried to used a pad today not sure it helped my form was harder to get it back where I wanted it

I literally repped 315 squatting yesterday. I rep 225 every bench workout. You got me on regular deadlifts I don't do those. I do stiff legs occasionally and I use 225lbs but for 8 reps.

Also not sauced to the gills lol my last 2 Bp readings have been great body has acclimated healthy as can be

So what today it is ideal short term elevated Bp is not a concern long term can cause damage. I changed my protocol 2 weeks ago then I adjusted now I am back in an ideal range.
