220lbs had a cold the last 2 days but appetitie came back today however driving to the West Va mountains now to mountainbike this next week didnt even bring the scale will probably lean out a bit before getting back in the bulk the following week. Have a bench amd some dumbells ar the condo but not much think 70s are heaviest so will be a light week but legs should maintiam mountainbiking. Also brought my protein powder with me

Not at all. I'm not against steroids one bit, but the fact that SC is natural, and is that dedicated to his craft.....

Which is the exact opposite of Bhanks, and is why I say Bhanks has terrible genetics. He uses, and SC still looks better. Maybe a lot has to do with the hard work that Soul Crusher puts in, compared to Bhanks.

My theory, is that SC would be a mountainous beast, taking hanky's stack.

Thanks man.   For me it’s the mental paycheck I get from the daily grind and consistency.   No bs - life been fng hell business wise for me due to the shutdowns etc. but training been the one daily thing I can control and get after more than anything.   And the heavy metal music etc.
