I have torn the right pec 3-4 times that is why the shape is different the muscle doesnt just go away it lunps in the middle and there is a tear on the side but the skin doesnt know that so when flexed or partially flexed in this case the shape will look different. You really think I wouldnt notice a golf ball size lump? If I flex the pec hard there is a large tear in the muscle and yes it lunps in the niddle of the pec the tissue doesnt just disapear. You are seeing a gap combined with a shadow and the muscle pulling and lunping due to a tear not fatty tissue glandular growth behind the nipple. I have ben doing this a long time I am well aware of what gyno iis how it forms and how to recognize and get ahead of it. I dont have it
