Im doing OK, on schedule for Nov 12th show day

Training going well, diet will be back on point after eating way too fucking much last few weeks
Filling out getting the rounded upper body back

Do you not do any direct trap work Bhanky? For a lot of people they get hit indirectly with shoulders and back. You should hit them separately you really don't have any

Bhanky. Have you thought about neck exercises? 

Your neck seems to be 14 maybe 14.5 on a good day.

Heavy shrugs have always made my neck thicker.

Maybe give those a try?
